The hard way to France / Beauduc

Postby Marcel Surf Life » Sat Nov 20, 2021 9:51 am

Did you ever drove a horrible way to a kite spot? Beauduc in France has definately a tricky entrance for vans and the gravel road afterwords is not funny, if you're not driving a Defender  . Enjoy watching, how we made our way and in the end, the spot is super nice and we had a great time there... Peace and good vibes :thumb:

Lol, wrong car. I drive a 4x4 van and it's really not that bad. I had to pull a guy out of there with a normal car who bashed his oil pan off, so a bit higher car or taking it slow works best.

What a place though, one of the best spots in Europe.

Sounds great! :thumb: , yeah a 4x4 works there perfectly. We had to drive super slow... ca. 1 hour for the gravel road...

Cool, that you like that spot as well :D . Enjoy...

PS: Did you see the comment below the YouTube video? Someone wrote, he would have pulled the barriers out of the ground

Yeah I saw that, I'm pretty sure you can't pull that gate out. I like that they prevent bigger campers to enter, keeps it a bit more manageable in summer.
I've bought a slightly bigger 4x4, so I hope it still fits next year.

That's exactly the point, in my opinion :D . Off season, when we where there, is was super relaxed and just a few kites. In summer, I can imagine, it's not that relaxed
Well, in the end, it's not for everyone the right spot, no infrastructure, no water, no toilette, ...

Anyway, enjoy kiting :thumb:
