Wingfoil Tips: Bodydrag in strong winds and rough seas

Postby gmb13 » Tue May 03, 2022 8:25 am

Hi Everyone,

A lot of riders are still sceptical about body-dragging to get you board back in strong winds and rough seas.
Here is an example of how I do it. I am on a 3.5 Wing. It´s about 25 knots in the gusts, straight onshore winds with 1.5m rolling chop.
I let the board get about 50m downwind before starting to drag after it.
