I find both of your titles very misleading the forum title "Exit plan for offshore kitesurfing…" and the video title "How dangerous is offshore kitesurfing?". Because both of them imply that you kite off-shore (away from the beach) but you kite very close to the beach. I guess you wanted to express that your clip is about kiting when the wind is off-shore.
