Gong is doing a great job of making good and cost effective foils. It is not right to show detail like this on the internet. It is Gongs IP. Just buy the wing if you want to copy it so badly.

Sharing basic measurements like thickness, chord, wingspan and area is all good. It gives someone a idea how the wing can be expected to handle before buying, but posting molds of airfoil sections is going too far imo.

I just don't get it why they won't do the 80 and 90cm versions. Those would be no brainers to sell! For winging and kiting, which are the most relevant atm.
I agree that it’s odd that Patrice (Gong’s owner and lead designer) won’t make an intermediate length carbon mast. Even more odd that he doesn’t just contract with one of the Al mast producing factories to produce a stiffer mast for his large foils. It really is a weak link for some otherwise really nice, and very cost effective foil wings like the Pro wings,......and hopefully the Veloce wings. Oh well, every owner has their peculiarities. In my case, wing foiling gear evolution is progressing at warp speed either way.

I always had the option of plunking down more money for a full Axis rig using a 1000 or 1010 wing, or something like GoFoil GL210. And there are other new large “winging specific” foils coming out all the time (like the Fanatic HA foils). For now I’m happy making my Pro wing work better by adapting a stiffer mast, and I’ll probably try the Veloce wings when they are ready.

My guess is that the tooling costs are high. They say on website 25000 you gotta sell a lot of those masts. If I make a 70 and 100, I'm addressing 2 distinct market segments. Surf and kite. If I make 70,80,90,100 I'm doubling my tooling costs and perhaps selling only a bit more. Its risky. They don't really know if their market will even be interested in the 70,100 versions.

Btw. I ordered the 100cm carbon mast and fuselage.
