I gotta admit. Yesterday i was out kitefoiling. It was a bit "mowing the lawn". So please keep the advice on learning coming.

Yesterday would have been perfect learning conditions....

My plan was to use my 100cm gong carbon mast and buy XL Pro wing set. ( 78-80 kg depending on beer consumption). Its not that much money, and I am fully proficient on the 100cm mast.
Then i was thinking of getting the Gong Hipe inflatable in 5-3 110L. It will fit in my car and i can deflate it just a bit in storage.
Alternative is Zuma wood 6-3 at 105L.

Fact is that Wingsurfing technique has no relation to kiteboarding with a TT. The only ones crossing over are the kiters either riding surfboards or hydrofoils because they appreciate the wave potential and glide sensation the wing provides .
Winsurfers and surfers are crossing over because wingfoiling technique is close to windsurfing and surf foiling.
