HI, I am new to wing foiling. Just picked up an Ozone Wasp 5m and having a real hard time getting the center strut to inflate, and it is impossible to get it to deflate.
Seems like the hose is too narrow?
Have you tried rolling up the strut first?

Watch from 1.45

Ok but everything I have read says not to force the air out because it will pop or blister the bladder.
Where have you read that? And also rolling up the strut normally is not forcing the air out. I have not had a Strut bladder Blister or burst and I have been doing this longer than most riders with the WASP.

FYI. If you order new Replacement Bladders now, they send you the version 2 Bladders which have a much bigger one pump valve and tubing. This makes deflation a lot easier.
