I'm mostly in open ocean conditions with side, onshore and off shore winds chasing waves and swell. I attempt freestyle stuff but being that the sport is new, it's hard to learn the spins without others input. I'm also in Florida where the wind is usually really light and fickle or strong and gusty so the HPS being super effecient makes it a cleaner ride. I also sup foil the 1050 in Florida waves. I really like the range on these foils. They can also be used easily for kite and prone foiling. If you have washing machine conditions and want a smooth ride, the HPS stuff does that.

Hey there UCF... great posts here from you as a buddy and i are on the line debating now... About to change up last year's Moses Wings for perhaps Axis..

I see youre pretty much SOLD on the 1050 hps and then you change to 930 when the wind is over 15 knots?

Have you LIGHT WIND SMALL KITE KITED with the 930 setup by any chance?

I'm 95 kilos wet and really dreaming of the 2 foil quiver... For Winging from 10 to 20 knots.. And kitefoil from 10 to 14 knots.. (would be using airush ultra2 10 and 6 meters when kiting)

I have YET to find anyone who has tried kite foiling with the smaller black series hps axis foils.. That's why i ask.
I'm used to kiting with the old sshot infinity 76 and the Moses 633 so pumpy/carvy riding with small kite is what I'm looking for.

Thanx for any insight and good winds!

Hey Chiro,
The HPS 930 is great on a kite. I've used the 700 all the way up to the 980 on the kite and they all worked great. Really good low end. You'll be fine on the 930 for light wind foiling.
