Ouch, that really pumped my forearms. 4m wing on a snowboard in 20-30mph with snowdrifts and almost no contrast between snow and ski made for a workout. I could only last less than 10 miles before my arms got sore. It was much easier on skis, but I wanted to get the closest to water feel I could. Dang, next time I need a harness.
