You need higher speed with this wing!
Start in parallel to the dock!
So you can run and push it faster.
Most important: wear a helmet!
In your first clip your head was often critical close to the dock!
Use a smaller board!

Hi Nem0,

thx for you input...

We tried running parallel to the dock, but stopped with it... it's too dangerous to damage the gear... when you fall of the board the board or the foil will hit the dock...
Also it's dangerous to hit the dock with the foil under water...

That’s why it is important to wear a helmet!
You need to concentrate on jumping more forward, than you can drive away from the dock and not into it.
The W1100 needs more speed as Gunnar already mentioned.
Maybe you can start at the end of the dock.
Than it would be even more safe.

It looks like your wing is not the best for doing Dockstart…

But good to see you wear a helmet! :thumb:

It is quite tricky to dockstart. Try landing on it with the foil high and glide half the mastlength down beofre doing the first pump.

Now I know what your problem is.
Have a look at 00:42.
There you can see a lot of sea grass close to the surface!
This is slowing you down. You need to cut that down!
Or use another place.
