It's a start.
The inflateable boards should be shipped with side coanda disruptor strips as well as underneath though.

I don’t disagree fluidity. I am impressed how far they’ve come though.

How about the JP Wing Air? I'm seriously considering to get one.
It has decent nose rocker, release rail around the entire tail, d-rings for straps and what I've been told - 42cm long tracks!
But it has no handles. And is cheaper than Fanatic here in Europe.

Anyone tried both?

I haven’t tried the JP. Does it have a carbon plate for increased rigidity?

Apparently G10, not carbon.

"Track Foil Plate: The board features a Track Foil Plate of the same size as on our hardboards providing a big range of foil placement. The G10 material adds additional longitudinal stiffness to the hull."

STX also has a range of inflatable wing boards that does have side rails. I'm not familiar with that brand, though they are now available in the US. I haven't found a video.

It seems that the STX definitely doesn’t have any plate reinforcement to aid in rigidity. I think the FOne is similar in that.

Even worse, the Fone has a fixed mount 90x160mm making it usable only with Fone foils.

I looked at the STX inflatable wing board as their SUPs price/performance is quite good, to find out they don't have a size between 80 and 160 litters?!
The 80L with 22" width would be tricky for learning and the 160L/29" as wide as my SUP is definitely a no go for me.

Definitely further to go.
I think, hard under shell, dual level top inflation. A bit like some of the inflateable boats. Needs a low but rigid area for foot work dropstitched above deck and a lower pressure dropstitch tube wrapped around sides and front.
