Same with the foil. Start big. And if you still have problems, find a more experienced wing foiler to check your foil mast placement works and get them to tell you the best riding foot position for your board. If the front lifts too hard, move the mast track back a cm at a time. If it still lifts uncontrolably going faster, you need a flatter stabiliser angle. A push of your board up on foil through the water should have the nose lifting in a very gentle arc.
The goal is to have the mast set so your feet don't need to move forward or back on/off foil.
