I cant comment on this specific new wing.
But in general terms, I have found, that when span is over 90 cm all wings are slower.
And over 95 they are really slow turning...
Of course, flat wings, less taper less anhedrial, will turn even slower yes.
But span itself is a major parameter.
You will get awesome glide and upwind angles with high span thus usually high AR, but beware that the cost is in terms of slow dull turning.
It is somewhat a paradox, as we want lots of glide yes, but also sharp nice turning - and these are completely opposite characteristics - when you get one you lose the other.
Only way to get past this, is going smaller in total wing area, meaning higher aspect wing but still small span.
Lively and good glide - but needs speed always, thus better skills.
Sorry, I wont intrude on this very specific wing thread, but there are some major limits one can not get past, important to know, as (I think) many dont realise these restrictions and compromises you can not get past
