Spanish Wells, Eleuthera, Bahamas?

We plan a trip to Spanish Wells, Eleuthera, Bahamas in Feb. 2023 is the bay there (Georges Cay?) deep enough for wing-foiling?
We have a short (75 cm.) mast, and are just learning.

Any shops on the island?
Lessons?
