I am new to wingfoiling. I have an efoil, so I have some foiling experience. I have ben kiting for 20 years, but never took the leap to kitefoiling.
I have been reading good things about the Ifly from Slingshot. I frequently travel, so an inflatable board makes sense to me. I weigh 85 kg. I am wondering if the 105 liter is too small or if I should go with the 120 to be on the safe side? Any tips would be appreciated. I will be going out in lighter winds. I have already purchased a phantasm 928 setup and a 5 and 6.5m Duotone Slick wings.
Thank you in advance.

I don't think there will be too much difference between the 105 and 120 L. I have ridden a WingBuddies 140 L with the 928
So consider the conditions you will be riding in as more of a factor in your decesion making.
Large shore break (105 easier to walk out )
Choppy conditons (120 more stable to get up - you will fall alot in the beginning)
There isn't a wrong choice.
If still undecided go for the 120 L and when your skills improve get a smaller volume board and keep the 120 L for Light wind days

My first wing board was the I-Fly 105 and I'm 167# (76kg). I also worried that it might be too small. It was fine for my weight. With hindsight, I would have been fine with the 90L I-Fly. Seems most of the inflatable boards float more than their volume suggests. They are "corky" for their size. Maybe they are actually bigger than their stated volume? I bought the 105 I-Fly as an intro board, for it's storage convenience, forgiveness for the shins/knees and forward thinking to sell it off when I either didn't like winging or progressed to the point of wanting a rigid board. BTW, it was the latter - I just sold the I-Fly 105 and bought a 90L Wingcraft.
