Yes I am using stink bug. Actually I am surprised that everyone finding that pointing the nose of the board downwind is less stable. I have so much trouble with the nose perpendicular to the wind. Maybe as others mentioned it has to do with where my foil is? I ride a 55L sinker (-30L for my 85kg) and my foil is all the way back on a '21 Fanatic Skywing 55L, which already has a foil track that is further back than any other board on the market.
The second I get to my knees my back hand is somewhere on the strut to stabilize. That is my go to for heavy heavy chop.
