:baby: Yeah, I know dry roads. RMP still scares the shit out of me. I could not imagine going over it on snow covered roads and chains. I will leave the driving over RMP to you locals. Lookin' forward to a new locale for me. Forecast looks great!!! JR

A buddy and I finally got to Snow Mesa last week. Good times out there. The views are amazing from the top.

George and I had a great day on RMP yesterday. It's still winter above 12k feet in the San Juans. A bit of everything: fresh powder, exploring through US Basin down to Browns Gulch, near thundersnow with static discharge through the bar, and a massive whiteout leading to a suprise fall into a snow gully. Finally the light cleared for a final jibbing session in Mother Nature's halfpipe. Coverage is fantastic. May corn harvest will be plentiful!

Great W wind to kite up Mountain village ski Resort, now that the lifts are closed.
Technical terrain between trees, building and flying below the chairs.
Lot of fun tho.
Fresh snow is falling as I am posting, and should give us some more fun sessions in a few days!

Nice Mickey! I'm glad someone is putting that terrain to good use.

Scott, George, and I got out this past weekend to track up all the great corn on Red Mountain Pass. Coverage is still fantastic and more snow scheduled all wek. Word has it that San Juan County plow crews are making good progress on the jeep roads to Ophir Pass and Animas Forks so alpine park-and-ride season is here!

Snowkiting closed resorts? That's awesome! Thanks for sharing.

Great pics as well, Hepp. Glad you guys are still slaying it. Hopefully the recent storm rewards you with another freshy session.
