Kitejumping, that was an enjoyable video. Thanks for posting it. I've had quite a few really good days at Dillon this winter, both sides of the lake.
Chris, I'm sure you had a great time in Moab and camping on the way back. That's almost always a great place to go, especially this time of year. It would have been great to have someone else to kite with that day on the Grand Mesa though.
I like the idea of staying in touch with the water riders (windsurfing and kiteboarding) either in here or in a separate page. I suppose a separate page would be best though, since not all snow kiters are also water kiters and vice versa. I spend a month kiting in South Padre Island each spring and fall and try to work in a few shorter trips to warm water locations at other times of the year. I used to windsurf now and then at Blue Mesa and other mountain locations back when I windsurfed and those were good times. Since I now spend my time kiteboarding during the water season, most of my kiting in the immediate area is at Lake Mac. I hope to do some kiting with you one of these times, whether it's on snow or water.

Just noticed that as well and I'm interested, but not sure how much time I'll have. Might meet up there and just bail when it's time to go

I just got back from vagando in Baja for 3 weeks, so I'd better let the big boss take her turn backcountry skiing tomorrow. I might make it up for a sunset session, looks good!

Hit the Grand Mesa this afternoon. Hitting it again tomorrow. Anybody up for it? Stupid light winds the Soul is still the answer!!!!

Insta 360 one x camera mounted to my helmet. It lets you frame the video during editing. The kite is a peter lynn aero v2 21m. Did you go to IBX this year?

Welcome back! Your foil is looking nice too. You're going to be eating light winds for breakfast. I'm going to try Big Mac but hope to get on the Mesa again before it all melts.

McMillan was a score.
Got there early, the snow was great, blue sky and powered on 8m UL.
It was nuking on the US Basin slopes.
Good meeting you Soplo. Glad you had a blast too.
You were telling me about someone, Anthony?, building a Hydrofoil? I d love to see some picture and building info as i am almost done building mine for the water season.
