There appear to be some power line supports on the bridge structure just to the left of the kite. If you hit a power line, there's a chance you'll knock out power to part of the electrical system. If you do that in most areas, you're putting launch and/or kiting sites at risk of closure or restrictions. On land, the risks of restrictions might not be as high??? But, even so, it begs the question. How did a rider hang his kite across those lines?

you can hardly see that bridge, they should have markings on it and a sign that says Bridge... maybe then it would be easier to see
