Good to see the BOA system cross over into kitesurfing, from winter sports like snowboard boots. They are a local Denver company and I asked them about a year ago to consider kiting applications like board bindings - seems way better than Velcro.
It's already been done. I think sand was problematic. Boa seems resistant to snow and dust from mtn biking, but kiting environments seem to kill it. I'm a bit surprised no one has improved on this though. It's been 15+ years. http://www.fksa.org/showthread.php?t=85

That Mystic harness has a push button spreader bar release, yes? That would rule it out for gliding or any kind of "sustained boosting"--at least for me. I hadn't seen the Petzl Sequoia before but it looks really good. I like my Ozone Connect Pro snowkite harness a lot but I find myself examining the welds and the webbing to make sure everything is safe. With that Petzl, I'd never have to worry.....
Another one to check out would be New Tribe's Tengu harness. I like the simple and clean design (much like Ozone's). It's everything you need for snowkiting, without being overkill like most "arbor" climbing harnesses. https://newtribe.com/store/index.php?ma ... bqktsom1o2
And that one looks really good too! Yes, nice and simple. The only thing I wonder about is how comfy those type of harnesses are for powered up sessions when there's a lot of horizontal tension. The Ozone Connect Pro has a spreader bar and really wide padded back support area.
