I have no clue about these things. I was looking for a mini paraglider wing for ground practice and ended up buying a Pansh kite. I wondered why it acted so strange
and why it didn't seem to fly like a paraglider. I looked up the website and started reading what these kites are actually used for...hmmm.
The weird thing is that whoever owned the kite before me had it rigged up like a paraglider with a seat harness. Funny looking set of risers all made up of short
segments of line extensions, which get horribly tangled. I am noticed that this is not the way these kites are normally used, but I am wondering if I can use it
the way it is. I am thinking that I could make a set of control sticks and attach them to the risers, hopefully I would be able to hand kite it without the harness
for a while.
Any advice would be welcome at this point.
Thank you

Post a few pictures / count the number of cells/ and measure the
distance from the Leading edge, to the trailing edge in the center
and the span, (tip to tip) ; maybe we can figure out what it is.
If it's a beginner friendly kite ; you could take a few snow-kite
lessons and have a Blast with it !! All's not lost ---- yet.

It’s gotta be a troll. It is just too funny to be true.

I'll try to post pics if I can figure out how. I am a technological retread.
What I can tell you is that it is 12m , what model I have no idea.
Whoever was using it had it hooked directly to a seat harness with a hokey set of home-made sort of risers
similar to a set of paraglider risers. The lines are made of a whole series of short line extensions joined together.
I have never seen or heard of a kite being used in this way, as it would be extremely hard to control and the lines
tangle up very easily. (not to mention that there is no safety system)
all is not lost (as someone said above), the harness is uselful. I'm just trying to figure out if I can still
make some sense out of this kite. If I have to change the lines to be able to use it, that's no big deal.
Maybe I can use it as is by attaching the risers to some control handles. All things are possible at this point.
Thanks for your replies.
Peace
It has 14 cells, it's about 6 ft from the leading edge to the trailing edge. I can't measure the span as it's too big for my living room.
So if I get pictures of this thing, how do I post them?

It's at least 15 ft span (i'm guessing). There's no indication of a model unless those numbers on the tag
mean something.
