Ok thanks. Could be lucky though with the amount of hurricanes in the states and wind across everywhere no? Has it not been windier than usual out there at the mo? Seem to have the tail end here had awesome wind for about a week now. Typically I've had to work though

These are my brief impressions after 2 rides with the 2018 6m, one in 15k (foil) and one in 22k (surf).
First of all the new LINX bar is top. It has a slightly thinner diameter, swivel and vario system work perfectly and are easy to adjust. No complains whatsoever.
The kite turns and flies at the same speed as 2017 model but with slightly more bar pressure. Power/de-power is super super precise and feed back is better than ever. The kite feels very solid through the air and seems like it has a better high end than previous models.

Kites for the shops will be shipping next week so you should be getting more reviews shortly.

Typical! Yeah looked at the forecast for Friday onwards now. Nothing showing. Not worth paying to take kit. Never mind. Somewhere with decent wind next year.

Hi,
I have unfortunately quite bad experience so far with new F-One 2018
Linx bar.
It works quite OK when I pull the kite down but when I pull it up it works terribly slow/not too responsive.
Also during transitions, I lose power and end up down in the water.
That is not a case when I use 2016 bar...
I was told that I should trim steering lines/back lines. I just did but the first chance to try it will be beginning of May.
