I have the fenix 2 and been planning to get the 5. One really cool thing about garmen is that you can log all your kite gear and keep track of session count and miles. Wish they also included hours used in the gear summary.

Have the Garmin Fenix 3 for about 3 years. I love it except that now the start/stop button is sticking somewhat, probably due to salt water, sweat or pool chlorine. I do rinse it out after every session. Been thinking of upgrading but not so sure if I will stay with Garmin.
