I am very interested in buying this kite in the future I would like to hear what owners have to say about it I really like the high tensel thread for high pressure + Quad Tex + Luff Strut+ the battens keeping the flutter down on the lift area for maximum depower/top end..
Can one feel the luff strut compared to other single strut without... how is the top end on the kite?

I can't tell about 2019 but the previous version (2017/2018) is really good, my favorite kite, I have 9m and 12m. They feel a bit more powerful than higher aspect kites of those sizes I owned before (9m RRD Addiction, 13m Gaastra Jet) and the top end of Boxer seems a bit lower than those (since the bottom end is also lower). Boxers are fast turning and easy to generate power when you need it. The luff strut works fine, the kite canopy is stable and very rarely flutters. Also the water drainage system works well, easy to relaunch from water. Depower is really good. Highly recommended.

I have a 5m Naish Boxer 2019 and love it. I use if for foiling as well as on a surfboard and twin tip when it's windy. I'm surprised how much I use it especially on the twin tip. Usually after the wind picks up a bit much for the foil to be comfortable and I can't be arsed to rig another kite. Big floaty jumps too.
I'm 65kg live in a fairly windy area and love a small fast kite. Highly recommended
