Regarding the bar, Decathlon is still developing their own bar. I don't think the visual on the website is accurate.
There are tests on Normandy beach (until the end of August) where you can try their kite and you have to bring your bar.

WeTestKites had a review about the Orao Kite.

For me, the main point is that a big company, very active and innovative in many other sports (ski, bike, trekking...) is entering the kite market. They are selling kites at the same price as brand who sell only online but Decathlon has numerous shop across Europe mainly and expanding in other regions.

They will also release new Twintip and Surfkite :

Hopefully if it is stocked on shelfs in Decathlon there will be a disclaimer saying something along the lines of "lessons needed..... Dangerous sport"

In Europe Decathlon had already their own kite brand back in 2018..these were rebranded Blade kites if I remember correctly. So if their recent collection is a rebranded version of Ocean Rodeo Roam than it seems like a great deal.
