Thanks

It's in German, but they rave about it. I rode it just in flat water and it seemed nice. Would have to ride in good waves again to really tell.

Call the guys at Real Watersports, they all love them. I did a downwinder there right when the charge first came out, we had all been riding Slingshot Celero's, and they were really talking up how much more natural the the charge felt (like a real surfboard, rather than a stiff kiteboarding surfboard). I didn't have the budget for one, so I stayed away, but if you call they'll tell you what they think and how they ride for sure.

I haven’t ridden a 2021, but I have been on the 2020s and I can say they’re some of the best options out for a kitesurf board. Strong enough, light enough, responsive and powerful feeling, and an excellent shape (depending on your riding style). I’m a big fan!

I have the 2020 Charge in 5.7.
Was disappointed by its weight (3.4 kg without fins), too heavy for my taste.
Compared to my 2019 Duotone ProWam 5.10 (which is slightly lighter!) it needs significantly more kite pull to get planing / to get to "take-off" speed. It looses a lot of speed during a bottom turn (on small waves). Surf feeling is very nice, though.
Maybe it excels on proper waves. For small / medium waves I prefer the ProWam to be honest. The ProWam maintains speed much more easily (this might be related to the slightly larger size of the board, but I don´t think so).

Thanks, funny you mention the weight, without fins...my old (almost bombproof) naish global with straps is around 4kg.. I was hoping to get a board well under that!
Have noticed a lot of so called "light" either boards or kites don't display weights either!
