Hi!
Two days in a row the same happened to me. I was going on my wave board practicing toe side. All of a sudden the QR opened and I have no idea how this could happen. I tried to reproduce that several times and can't find out how it happened.
My bar is a Slingshot from 2014 and my harness is a ride engine with slider bar. I use a rappel ring between the chicken loop and the rope which maybe causes the problem although I cannot find out how.
Did somebody here experienced such a problem?
Thanks,
Gernot

I suppose that your rappel ring got stuck in a little uncomfortable position after riding toe side, you tried to slide it back in place with your hand and unintentionally activated the QR.

I have this often when I ride blind...with an old North bar. No idea why. To film this trick I had to change to an even older bar. Annoying.

Slider bar, blind toeside? Both would bring the QR in contact with your body/harness. It must be rubbing against your side and working its way open.

The flysurfer 2.0 bars seem to be doing this also not sure how its happening but twice after minor falls the bar released on its own.

Ok, so I am not the only one. Would really like to know how this happened. However, going back to the original bar from f-one. Hope this solves it.
Thanks for your answers!
