A friend’s teenage daughter was seriously injured in a jet ski accident but is recovering well.
I did a search online to see if it was in the news since it was pretty bad and she was airlifted by helicopter. I didn’t find the accident but it was shocking to see the number of accidents involving jet skis.
Jet skis seem to be more dangerous than kiting, or it could be just a larger number of people riding jet skis than kiting. Probably a bunch of other factors also, like lack of training, high speeds, alcohol, etc.
