Where to go for waves in November

Cape Town - season is just starting then and most people don't go until mid-December or even January but November time can be really good and uncrowded. Wind might not be quite as consistent but in two weeks you'll get a lot of great days.

Cape Verde could be good as the season is also just starting and also you would catch the end of the season in Mauritius. Don't know so much about those two but worth considering.

anyone got experiences kiting waves in Sardinia in Oct/Nov/Dec that they can share?

Stating the obvious but If you really want waves
Sardinia- wind chop
Cabo verde- ground swell
Cape Town- ground swell

if you can get out to Oahu north shore pipeline that would probably be your best bet.
