Sorry the same question keeps coming up asking for bag advice, but there doesn't seem to be any answers on here for kiters that travel a lot with BOTH a surf board (5'8") AND and twin tip (as well as usual 2-3 kites, bars, harness etc), and my googling hasn't yet found a bag made for both boards either!
I'm looking ideally for 1 bag that will fit all and be airline friendly as much as possible...
Any suggestions?

I've been using this for 3 yrs. does the job pretty good. its getting a bit tired now but done lots of traveling and airport transfers.
I can fit my 5'8 surfboard, 1 twin tip, 3 kites, 1 harness, 3 bars, 2 wetsuit, and a few other bits/ clothes.

Check out the Manera Airforce bag, pretty dam good, i have seen the 2016 range and it all looks superb. the bag has a specific piece inside to protect the nose cone of the surfboards, will fit all your gear no problem. and i think they are around £120.00.. But maybe wait till manera launch the new site this week.

Ah great thanks - I think there's a Manera shop in Tarifa!
Any experience with any Mystic bags that would do the trick as I'd be able to get hold of them here...?

I was also wondering about the Mystic Wave Pro, looks like it would be a good option.

I have a big Mystic bag that easily fits a surfboard, twintip and three kites. Then there's room to spare for harness, bar, pump etc. The constraint won't be the space, but the weight. Chack that with the airline you're flying with.
On other trips I packed a surfboard and a twintip in a regular single surf boardbag. With the straps removed I could fit in one kite too. Other kite and the rest had to go in the normal luggage.
Here's the Mystic one:

My 5th travel bag, The Quiverbag lite, is the lightest I have had and 6 flights later it has held up surprising well considering how light it is.
I fit 5'2 surfboard 140 twin and 2 kites spares harness etc with room left over.
