Hello!
I'm probably taking the Month January to kite somewhere that ideally won't need a wetsuit, is Spanish speaking so I can strengthen my Spanish and also won't break the bank.
Central and South America come to mind, so the best I've come up with is Punta Chame in Panama, any other ideas?
Thanks!
Bill

Columbia is great too! Really enjoyed my time there. And good winds, almost daily.
January til March best time to go...

Bahia Salinas Costa Rica checks off all the boxes.
I have been there twice for 2 weeks and haven't missed a day on the water. Going back this January.

Must agree with Toby there, 30 minutes ago I was having a great session down at Chameys on Isla San Andres.
If you want something different, we offer charters on our sailboat from time to time. Check out our web page for more info.
We also speak Spanish. We will be in the San Blas islands of Panama in January.
