Kite Vacation / Locations with wife that doesnt kite

Hi Guys - Looking to venture out of my local spots and take a trip somewhere in the world to kite. The only caveat is the wife is coming with me and she doesnt kite. If it were up to me, I'd stay in a hostel / share a room and eat PB&Js and not shower for a week. But since she is with me, more suitable accommodations with decent food nearby are required. I normally kite in the Caribbean so not looking for any places there.... Main requirements are follows:

1. Months: March, April, or May
2. Anywhere globally except Caribbean (Mexico / Cabo area OK)
3. A place that is consistently windy and very low risk of needing anything bigger than 12m during the above months
4. Nice accommodations (4 star-ish) with close distance to the launch (walking distance preferred).
5. Good places to eat close by (taxi distance)
6. Warm water preferred, but up to 3/2 suit OK

I would recommend sending her on a killer trip with the girls and then you can stay in a hostel / share a room and eat PB&Js and not shower for a week.
In my experience, that's the only way to make sure you're both happy.

Or book a week on a kite catamaran that caters to the non-kiters as well as the kiters. I recommend Ged at Zenith. It's good for a lot of reasons, but one is more time with the wife and more time on the water. You're not spending time hopping in cars/cabs/boats to go to the windward side of the island and dragging her along or leaving her alone. The captain takes care of your kiting. And she gets the option on chilling on the boat with a book and a glass of champagne, or being dropped off by dingy in town to shop for the afternoon while you get your kite on. No stress, everybody is happy, and you have the best accommodations and food on the island.

Maui is pretty easy and awesome. ..can essily get your kite fix without it becoming big drama.

However the catamaran sounds better.

Thanks - Can you provide a couple of specific spots in Maui with nice accommodations and walk out to the beach / launch? Waves? Im comfortable in 5-7 foot waves max...

March is generally still good in Cape Town. Plenty of accommodation along Bloubergstrand, and you can spend mornings doing things with wife and kite in the afternoons. Rent a cheap car so you can explore the Western Cape. Come for at least two weeks, preferably a month.

Sure Greece is a must destination if you have never been and the islands and generally Greece is a safe destination.
Have a look here Glyfada Naxos and here Naxos Kitesurf it ticks all your boxes except the 4 hotels (but pretty sure you can find more alternatives on the island if it must be 4 stars hotel) and you can expect more than 70% wind consistency for your stay.

There are a lot destinations that are really good for holidays in Greece and for kiting but i can highly recommend Naxos Island since you want to combine kiting and family altogether.
