Where to kite in fiji in march?

I'm going to fiji early march ( in 2 weeks) where are th r good kite spots? I researched around and seems most places are only from may onwards. Anywhere I can kite in march time ??
Pls help. I hope I can still kite somewhere in fiji during this time.

Well March is still summer in Fiji..... Anything is possible, but strong classic SE trades of the "winter" months are unlikely. The "gorge" of Fiji is up between the two large islands, any medium easterly flow is amplified there. With the hotter tropical weather Westerlies to NW are possible esp with active systems. I have mostly kited in the area of Musket Cove Resort but have sailed all about the group... Large kites are the go....think 12m.... What side are you based? Nadi? Suva? They just had a hurricane slowly circle the entire island group and this can bring nice windy days if the distance from storm is correct... But in general winds are light and NE at this time.... Pure Surfing can be nice as winds are light....

Thank you so much. We will land in nadi and haven't booked any hotel yet as don't know where to stay or May be have to cwatch the wind. Any recommendations?
