Suggestions for 2018 July EU destination?

Fellow EU kiteboarders or recent travelers to,
I'm from Detroit and looking to fly somewhere to the EU to join up with a friend for some kiteboarding/sightseeing during the first week of July. Anyone have any location recommendations in the following countries?

Greece
Portugal
Italy
Spain

I'm open to other areas, especially if significantly cheaper. I haven't been to the countries listed so was thinking I could do some sightseeing if or when the winds are not cooperating. I also plan on renting a car for mobility but would prefer a location that is within a couple of hours from a major airport.

Would prefer to go somewhere where it's not super crowded and where I could rent at least some gear as I do not want to lug boards/kites with me if I can avoid it. I do not have any certifications (heard might be needed for rental?) but have been kiteboarding for 8 years and have plenty of photos/videos to prove that I know what I'm doing.

Thanks for your suggestions!

Toby, thank you for taking the time to respond but.... Insufficient data.

Was hoping to get some short personal feedback; something along the lines of:

"I was in XXXX over the same time period last year. The beach was not very crowded, kite-friendly, and good for all but the N direction (there's a beach nearby for N winds). We were able to rent all our gear at Joe's Kites for US$100 for the week. 2 bed accommodations at KiteCasa were small but pleasant and only set us back US$200 for the week which included a parking spot for our rental car. We were able to explore a few nearby mountains by rental bike on the no-wind days."

The kite spot site is nice (I checked it out before posting my OP) to know that a particular location exists; helpful for locals but not something to plan a trip by.

Still looking for some feedback and thanks again.
