Vung Tau Vietnam

I plan to travel to Vung Tau in Vietnam, December. Does anyone know how is the wind at that time?
Should be wind everyday blowing north east on the main beach (back beach)
Expect conditions to be 15 - 20 knots
Currently we are getting good south west winds on a daily basis at front beach
