I am going dec 29 to jan 8 at Aruba and i was reading an old forum about some rules at Fisheman Hut:

Do you know if it is still true no kite from 10 am to 5pm in front of the Fisherman's Hut, due to kite school hours?

Going to Boca, do you guys rent a car of find school that you bring up there? I do have my own equipment with me!

He can get you lodging close to Boca (much better then Huts) for kiting, car rentals, etc.

I found after searching that rule do not apply today.
