Hello
I am planning a one week trip somewhere in central or south america to learn kitesurf. I ll probably visit a little bit but my goal is to learn kitesurf. Where would be the cheapest place to learn kitesurf rent/instructing.
I am lucky enough to have travel benefit and fly pretty much for free anywhere in central/south america. So far best place I found out is Mancora Peru at WildKite-Surf for a 3 day, 6H package for 275$US... Anywhere else I have been googling was way more than this.
I'd just like to try it so I don't mind that much if its fancy equipment or not, I am travelling solo and travel often and decided on my next trip I wanna spend few days at a nice beach and learn it while I am there
I m sure some people here have more experience and know some nice place to learn it at a fair price and enjoy the X country.

Did you check in Brazil?
A friend of mine just got private lessons for 40 USD and hour...and that was a foreign instructor living there...a local instructor would be cheaper.
And water is warmer if you go in the northern region.

I did not actually, Brazil is one of the few country where you do need a visa prior to get in for a Canadian and I do not have time to do that procedure before going in. Would also prefer a spanish speaking country as I am learning it.

So I am down 2 to option now that I am planning to go. I'd like to know if they are equivalent or if there is one that is clearly better for kite surfing for a first learner.
Mancora - Peru
or
Santa Marianita - Ecuador
Trip is plan for next week. thanks
