We have 2 weeks in late November and we're looking for a nice kite holiday spot with both flat water and waves.
Any recommendations for what is nicest of Icaraizinho or Prea?
Besides surfing we also like to hang out in beautiful environments..

I have hit both last fall and I would recommend Icaraizinho 100%:
- you get way more waves than Prea, especially if you go 15 min downwind where the windmills are.
- super chillout places to stay at, in particular "Maui" or "The Spot" pousadas.
- less commercial, you have a small town and more trees.

Flat water would be the problem in both spots...but if you drive a bit you will find some...check the surrounding spots in the spots section of Kiteforum.
