I am planning a trip for the beginning of April. I am trying to maximize the number of days on the water. We have a week and we would like to ride everyday if possible. If the wind is above 10 mph, I am riding, so is Corpus/SPI a good choice or is the wind more reliable at OBX? I have been to all 3 locations at different times, but not sure how consistent the wind is in April.
Thanks!

We have a large group that go to OBX each April, but the third week when it is a little warmer. One can expect anything from nothing to nukin, no way to be sure, but recently, having started foiling, we have been able to kite every day. On light days you might get a foiling session in early morning or late afternoon. Have not kited at SPI.
