I ran this search on our site, https://kitesurf.ripatrip.com/

- min 17 knots 4days/week
- 2m+ waves
- July

Our wave data isn't monthly unfortunately, but you can cross reference with Magic Seaweed.

My thoughts: Consistent wind & waves is a tough combo in July. If you can go a little north you can surf the reef at Cabarete, and Barbados can be good. Other spots in the search results are further.

Honestly Cabarete, despite being busy, may be your best bet. Kite beach is only like 20min from airport, the reef often isn't too crowded, and encurentro (15min west of kite beach) can be great for waves. I don't know why more people don't kite Encuentro when going to Cabarete.

Mancora Peru is a good wave option but less consistent wind. If you're into kiting and regular surfing, that would be a top pick
