Hey Daspi glad you had a good trip, nice update. My wife and I where the jan 28 to feb 7 th so we probably crossed. I go generally un noticed, but my tall slim blonde wife quite less. We where staying at Philippe & Nubia in ‘lower’ Santa Veronica, Guacamaya lodge.

As per our first trip we felt that Salinas offered unpleasant riding because of the ‘tension’ between jumpers, riders and beginners, we only whent a few times. Staying in lower SV was best except for the big wave days. We rode mainly 8&9m sails (Enduros) on Nomad twintips. We also had a couple 7&8m and also 9&10m days, but essentially wind every day.

We felt SV riding had gained a notch as the shore was a bit shallower and the bay in Salinas had lost a notch as it appeared deeper and the waves turned less the point and stayed round (except those +2m days).

Back to skiing….until spring trip.
