I did a rapid antigen test (NOT a PCR) at the Pharmacias Conviva in Icarai (on the road from Cumbuco to Fortaleza).
The Pharmacia is next to the New Gas station in Icarai on the right hand side (not the beach side)

You can walk in, no appointment needed.

And you get an official paper with signatures
I was checked for it in Fortaleza and Sao Paulo before flying into Europe.

It was closed for testing on holidays and weekends!

I am. But you don't need to.
To enter Brasil I needed only a test and a declaracao de Saude.

But it may vary from country.
(as from yesterday it seems you don't need a test anymore if you are vaccinated and returning from Brasil to Holland
So rules change all the time ).

Oh sorry. Within Brasil? I don't know.
They only asked me one time if I was vaccinated (of two within basil flights).
But they didn't ask for any proof.

Quick Update.
A group of us just used the service referred to by Caesar. Organised by PM-ing him on this forum.
All went like clockwork: Testers turned up at our pousada at requested time, Testing (PCR) was quick & professional (pay by cash or card), Certificates arrived by email at promised time (well just a few minutes late!), certificates accepted by TAP for flights to EU & UK.

Big Thanks to Caesar for sorting it out for us.

If you are in Paracuru or Taiba you can go to sao Goncalo for PCR test.
