Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a recommendation for beginning/mid January - would like to stay in a 4.5+ star all inclusive resort with a beautiful beach in front where I can kite (something like Villa Gale in Cumbuco that I visited last year after recommendation from this forum
). Ideally 50% + windy days and some waves, but not a must.
I was looking into Punta Cana in DR, there's plenty of nice resorts and also a kite center but didn't find much info on the wind? Been to Cabarete before and while the wind/wave conditions were great, the beach and resorts not so much.
But also open to any other recommendations!
Thanks!

That is the best time of the season for the entire Caribbean ... so go as expensive as you like/want/can.
Maybe St. Martin; Antigua, Puerto Rico.....or even my home spot of the British Virgin Island .

Punta Cana will most likely be disappointing from a wind point of view. Maybe foiling is realistic?
