I'm heading to the west coast of mexico for a non kiting trip in Jan, but obviously want to bring my kites
Anyone have any experience in that region? Looks like its not a big kite spot, but any info would be super helpful

I was going to bring a 12m single strut and my 1120cm Apollo 60 slingshot foil wing setup. And then a 9m 3 strut as a second kite, and maybe a split twin tip in case the wind picks up for any reason.
Do you know the area? Any spots in particular to check out? Seems like Chamela has the most wide open beaches

Chamela is a good place to go (I think there is a place there where there might be waves to surf), but there are plenty of small places that you might be able to kite if the wind is right; I would tend to hidrofoil better because if the conditions change, you would still be able to go back (upwind or lighter wind).
