not sure I would want to wear a harness to a flight, good way to get stopped by security and have a long talk about why this harness isn't some kind of new secret bomb. any non-hard shell harness will pack flat just press hard and it will fold in half. I don't want to recommend any in particular because fit is everything with harnesses go to your local dealer and try on some harnesses.

I use the dakine nitrous when traveling, if your ok riding with a seat harness they are super comfy and don't take up a lot of space.

Thank you for the replies and help. I made the decision to buy the Naish Targa Boardshort harness - good deal right now online.
Unfortunately it will not be here for Friday's trip to TCI, so carrying the waist harness onboard - should lead to some interesting conversations
