Edt: do you know the saying: too many cooks destroy the food? (Translated from German, don’t know it exactly in English).

Exact same saying in English. Except we always say "Too many cooks spoil the broth" for some reason instead of "food". You know why I want you to get sponsored by North so we could have a manufacturer that makes airstyle kites and control bars.

Toby must be doing something right since most of the other kite forums have died in the last few years, for whatever reason.
You could say that the users of the forum are doing something right... including Starsky considering he has been here for at least the last 5 years. Toby may move the tiller but it is the users who set the direction. After all a forum without personalities is just a Wiki. Toby can hold all "power" and still just be a slave to the users. His lifestyle depends on the forum to do well. In a way... he works for all of us.

Whats worse, you harbour a wee tiny bit of a grudge against one particular other niche.
I have no grudge against anything. I love this sport with all its parts. Anyone can do what they like to do.

That I love Airstle doesn't mean I hate anything else.

Some people just want others to believe that I think like this, just to be able to hit on me and my forum. Again, sad people.

His lifestyle depends on the forum to do well.
luckily not anymore :naughty:

I keep the forum running, besides the work and the hassle, because I love the sport and understand the importance that we all have a source like this.

Hey, Kami. I thought you meant "airstyle", the riding style, so that's probably what others thought. Your comment looked like a direct jab at Toby. Glad that's not the case.

Who is "Airstyle" (the poster)? Did I miss that person somehow? Do you mean "Airbunny"? If so, I agree with your assessment.

Maybe I'm missing something in all of these posts. :?:
Whoever it was that was annoying Starchy -- thought it was Airstyle, didn't think it was Airbunny  I give up...

Might be a good idea. I dunno about the banter, but I always enjoyed Starskys contributions. The ones I read at least.
