Does anyone have knowledge of the adjustable speed system that they could share please.
I’ve seen the video of the adjustable speed system being installed, but can’t quite see how the “adjustable” loop Is setup.
Are you saying the Aero V2 is a copy of the Sonic FR?kitexpert wrote: ↑Thu May 24, 2018 10:18 amAero V2 has 65 cells (same as Sonic race). Kite looks very well designed, I don't see why it couldn't be very competitive against top race kite models.
MIniribs are a bit different than usually seen, apparently some development there. TE cell count is highest there is (with Sonic race), huge 130.
I guess AR is about the same 7.75 as it is in Sonic. Practical limits are close, pushing AR further probably make kites too difficult to use. I don't know where these PL foil kites are made but quality of manufacture is for sure good enough.
No, not at all. I know the work of PL kite designer, for sure Michel Dekker knows his work. Race kites look quite similar and if they have same cell count even more so.fat blokes can fly wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 6:06 pmAre you saying the Aero V2 is a copy of the Sonic FR?kitexpert wrote: ↑Thu May 24, 2018 10:18 amAero V2 has 65 cells (same as Sonic race). Options so far are Sonic FR 15m, Sonic2 15m, Aero2 decisions decisions??
Thanks for the reply Nemo. Are you biased in any way?Nem0 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 8:33 pmDepends on your Budget...fat blokes can fly wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 7:19 pmThanks Kitexpert, I'm currently weighing up my options on a softkite for jumping with TT. The resale value of the Aero2 potentially worries me though. Thoughts please?
Due to stable prices on used marked and perfect customer service I prefer products from Flysurfer!fat blokes can fly wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 8:37 pmThanks for the reply Nemo.
