I cannot say anything regarding the Spleene Monster Door as i never tried it, however a flysurfer dealer told me that at the end of this month or next month they are releasing the Flydoor6 which is a terrific lightwind board. You may want to wait for couple of weeks and see what they have.
Any word if they are going to update the Flysplit as well?
Well certainly they should. The first Flyspit sizes seemed to be better.
Also Flysurfer might want to introduce a Race foilboard, a freeride foilboard and a pocket foilboard. I think these are in demand nowadays
I hope they release a split hydrofoil board. My nobile kinda fell apart.

I have no idea about the flysplit, if they do I will check the sizes and maybe get one. The flydoor6 will have different sizing compared to the 5th version. The new one will be only one size 159x45 (so actually they won't have the XL size that they used to offer).

I have the Spleene Door an Older version 164x50 and some of my friends have the newer one with a bit of carbon. Mine is actually a bit lighter 12lbs with pads and everything. They are amazing in ligth wind and can handle small chop when the chop get big it's no fun anymore but you won't need it by then. I started foiling last year so I don't use it that mush anymore except for very shallow areas.

and that's a tragedy of new releases. The Radical 144x46 can serve as a door for lighter riders but you need something 50cm wide, even if it is 159cm long.

To be fair last week i was testing both the XL and the L version and comparing them, the L felt much better with my 90kg.
BTW I placed a preorder on the new flydoor, when it comes out I may make some photos and a short review. (I have photos of it now, but i don't want to release anything before FS officially announces it)

I would look at the Bernhard from shinn! Doubt you will be disappointed with his tech in it!
