Has anyone had any experience with using these? I imagine you could go in very light wind with a small kite? Also are their and Surf foils, that are designed to be multi-purpose? IE kite, wake, and windsurf? Also, anyone have a preference on plate, vs Tuttle, vs powerbox? Are their adapter on the market? Whats the biggest wings people have used.

Plate since my boards are plate-based. Also easier to sell and upgrade with plate now. Windsurfers would probably like the tuttle better.
Saw tuttle->plate adapters but it wouldn't make much sense to use one
They are fun, and yes, I do use a smaller kite than when I use with my kite foil. I prefer tracks because I ride the surf foil slid back, foot over mast. I ride my kite foil slid up, foot a little behind mast. Don’t like Tuttle, used to have Tuttles.
I'm riding an Axis SUP/surf foil. It's 820mm wide, 1443cm2 projected area. Using the kite foil Ride 48 board.
The video was yesterday, 10 to 14 knots on the weather station 10km away so who knows. I think 12 knots would be overly generous. Kite was a 10m Switchblade. Rider is a fat bastard.
So it's less wind, less speed, less kite, more board, more glide ... more fun. For me anyway

I’ve used a Takuma V100 (1245cm2 in area) for surf kitefoiling and it works well BUT it’s so slow (I found it very happy to crawl along 6-8 knots or 12-15kmh, my peaks were in the 20-25kmh without really trying). At TT like speeds I didn’t get any of the usual benefits of a Hydrofoil. I have to ride kites 2-4m bigger Than I would normally foil with And for that reason it did t work well in super light wind.

That was what I was worried about too, but it's not the case with the Axis foils I've ridden. Just lower speed range.

That is just not true. The Takuma may not be that fast, but it can easily go 30km/h. Also saying that it has to be used with the same size kite as a TT is total BS.
This is me on the V100 setup we use for teaching (60cm mast) on a 6m Reo. Everyone else is on bigger kites. By the end of the video, the wind has dropped and all those guys are off the water and I am still on my 6m Reo.
Having said that, the Takuma is very heavy and has since been bettered. I love riding my Moses Onda 633, Indiana 86 and Go Foil Kai foils with kites. These can all reach speeds of around 45km/h and are a blast to ride.
Kiting with the latest big downwind sup/surf wings, is another story. These are too big to be practical. These have spans more than 90cm and are pretty much impossible to carve and manoeuvre with a kite.
Ok maybe I was a bit dramatic so I’ve updated my post
I never tried to ride fast with it and found my experience was to average around 10-12kmh according to the Gps logs.
This also made it perfect for what I wanted it to do - I love it.
I tried riding it underpowered with a 5m LEI in around 14knots and couldn’t get upwind very well, so came in to change up to a 9m LeI to keep up with my buddy who was riding my zeeko Green and White also on his 5. So maybe not quite TT sizes but it definitely was not as efficient as a foil designed for kiting.
