There is little doubt that they aren’t accurate - for example I’ve run a Trace together with the the Sessions app on the Apple Watch - the Trace gives results just over double that of the Sessions app. However this is not really the point. We do these things for fun, and if the device allows for a bit of fun competitiveness, and makes you push yourself a little more then it’s still worth having in my opinion, regardless of those who like to moan. I get the suggestion that they shouldn’t really use SI units when the measurement criteria are flawed, but THEYRE JUST FOR FUN!!!

To call them all garbage and those that enjoy using them stupid, might ask for some clarification though.. Anyways, enough from me.

What data does it layover? Just the peak numbers the app shows?

Woovie editor basically takes all your jumps data from a session and cuts out those jumps from a synced video.
You can filter them out by height, hangtime or G-force..
It's a pretty neat program..
I used it a few times..

I usually don't set it up on the beach.. with our setup and gopro, you'd look like a dot on the video...
But wookite facebook page has plenty of jump layover vids from many riders.. maybe they are all fakes, who knows

Im not the One Who have to provide evidence...but the producer have..they earn money with device i ll buy if they prove that work as they say..when u pay something the minimum that i expect its work..wake up people

When I claim that Woo etc are 100% accurate, then I'm the one that has to pony up the evidence. You're claiming they're garbage, show us the data that lead to that conclusion or else shut the f*** up.

my homies that took apart those woos are exploring making a similar device that they say would retail for less than $100. haha, leo is f'ed.
for $100 i might even get one since board mounted seems to be the best and they say it will work with all smartwatches.

Well, if you were paying attention, you would have gotten woo 3 for less than $100 already..
Not cheap but sort of reasonable in a world where people pay $40-50 for piece of plastic to mount gopro on the lines..
