Sometimes wrist burps/leaks happen when body-dragging upwind. Keep your forward / outstretched arm a little lower, below your shoulder to minimize the amount of air in that sleeve.

When you switch hands, slowly put the new front hand down slowly under-water before reaching out with it, to push the air out of the arm and into the body of the suit.

I have low enough body fat that when muscles, (in my case mostly tendons!) pull tight the skin surface can have concave areas that a seal will not perfectly pull tight over. I've not checked the shape of my neck - its harder to see, but it is obvious at my wrist, even with the seal pulled up some. I think all the other things mentioned are valid too, but this is just another thing to consider.

I have the soul also and found out what it was make sure you put/slide the neck seal right to the bottom area of your neck when closer to the top I moved my neck around or had a hoodie on either one it will roll down the seal on you and allow water in... to avoid this put down on bottom area of the neck to avoid it rolling down from movement or a hoodie hope this helps Alex

I have the originals soul. Still wearing it and going strong after 8 years use I got the latex seals neck wrist and leg seals replaced with neoprene ones about three years ago. No leakage. :-) Got othree wetsuit shop to replace them. Neoprene lasts so much longer. The latex seals melted every two years.

Please remember to burp when you fart.

I have had my OR Soul for four years and only time I get water in when kitesurfing is if I don't have neoprene boots. In those cases the water is pressed through the seals from the spary.
I can imagine that there can be situations when you crash you may get some water into the suit.

I remove all air I can before I get into the water and never need to burp out air when I'm on the water.

I can highly recommend this drysuit

Does anyone have recommendations for aftermarket seals for hands?
My latex seals were very tight making my hand muscles fatigue due to reduced blood flow.
I stretched them. Then cut, and cut more. Now they are more comfy, but also leaky.

How about neoprenes? Or Silicone? Or some else brand latex?
Or perhaps using dry gloves, like in scuba diving...
